Terms of Service

ADOPTS

By purchasing or obtaining any of my designs, you are agreeing to abide by my terms of service:

  • Personal use only. Commerical use requires an extra fee of 100% of original price

  • You may gift, trade, or resell purchased adopts (resale at same or lower price unless extra art is added).

  • Raffle/traded/gifted adopts may be gifted or traded, but not sold unless there’s added art.

  • Design changes are allowed with credit to me as the original designer.

  • Do not claim the design as yours, copy/trace my art, or use it for AI/NFT.

  • No refunds.

  • Payment is due within 24 hours after my confirmation message of winning the adopt.

  • Unpaid adopts will be relisted/UFO. And non-payment may result in blocking and/or blacklisting.

  • My designs may not be used for hateful, extremist, or abuse-glorifying content. However, dark themes are okay if handled respectfully.

COMMISSIONS

  • The characters will be simplified and drawn in my style.

  • This commission will be skeb style/surprise me (meaning that there will be no sketch, no revisions unless there’s a mistake on my part, and minimal communication) so please make sure to provide as many details and references as possible.

  • Payment must be sent upfront through Vgen or in case of toyhouse comms, it will be through ko-fi or PayPal invoice

  • Commercial and/or Merch use requires an additional fee of 100%.

  • No refunds unless I’m not able to finish it for personal issues, if that’s the case I will initiate a refund.

  • Commissions can take a maximum of 1 month to complete from the moment I start the piece and is marked as WIP.

  • Base price includes personal use only, commercial and merch use requires an additional fee.

  • You may repost or use the commissioned piece for personal use such as icons/headers with credits to the artist.

  • I retain the copyright to my work.

  • I have the right to refuse service.

  • Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes is prohibited.

  • Do not trace or heavily reference my work.

  • Do not use my art for AI purposes or NFT.

  • I’ll post the commissioned piece on my social media unless client pays for the NDA privacy fee.

  • Streaming, content usage: +100%

  • Merchandise, ads, prints: +100%

  • NDA (privacy): +20%
